Eric "Queach" Jovonn Hunter, 52, of St. Joseph, MO, passed away Friday, November 24, 2023 in St Joseph. He was born December 16, 1970 in Germany, son of Cheryl "Annie" and William Hunter. He attended Central High School. Queach was a jack of many trades, which much of his time was spent working construction. He enjoyed playing basketball, listening to music, and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his father, William Hunter. Survivors include: mother, Cheryl "Annie" Hunter of St Joseph, sister, Cheryl "Sis" Hunter (Scotty Skeen) of St Joseph, brother, Craig (Sonia Ginn) of St Joseph, nieces, Jalissa Hunter and Quintaya Skeen, nephew, Cody Skeen, great-nephew, Waylon Skeen, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.Mr. Hunter has been cremated under the care of Rupp Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at the Rupp Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 PM on Saturday at the funeral home.
