ANDREW COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 6a.m. Sunday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2009 Ford F150 driven by a 16-year-old St. Joseph girl was westbound on CR 350 four miles north of St. Joseph.
The driver failed to yield at U.S. 169 and pulled into the path of a southbound 2017 Subuaru Impreza driven by Madison L. Nold, 18, St. Joseph.
The car struck the pickup in the passenger door. After impact the pickup traveled off the road and struck a stop sign and the car struck a building.
Andrew County EMS transported Nold to Mosaic Life Care. The 16-year-old driver was not injured. The MSHP had incomplete seat belt usage information.
