June Christy Hughes, 56, Kansas City, Missouri; passed away Wedn esday, November 22, 2023 at St. Joseph Medical Center.
June was born on January 17, 1967 in Latrobe, Pennsylvania and was raised by her parents, James and Betty (Davenport) Tatom, Jr.
June enjoyed listening to classic rock and loved to read. Her greatest joy was visiting with her grandchildren.
June is survived by her spouse, Barisha Hughes; two daughters, Tine Leader (Travis) and Nikki Christofferson; three grandsons, four granddaughters; two brothers, James and Mark Tatom; her sister, Marci Tuggle and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Hughes was preceded in death by her parents.
Mrs. Hugh has been cremated under the direction of Heaton-Bowman-Smith Savannah Chapel, where a register book will be available to sign.
