BUCHANAN COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 7p.m. Saturday in Buchanan County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Kawasaki Vulcan driven by Joy L. Deathrage, 53, St. Joseph, was northbound on Route JJ five miles south of St. Joseph.
The driver failed to negotiate a curve, crossed the centerline and off the west side of the road. The motorcycle overturned and the driver was ejected.
Lifenet transported Deathrage to KU Medical Center. She was wearing a helmet, according to the MSHP.
