ANDREW COUNTY —A Missouri man was injured in an accident just before 10:30p.m. Monday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Chevy Malibu driven by William R. Schwartz, 70, Union Star, was southbound on U.S. 169 one mile north of St. Joseph.
The car traveled off the right side of the road, struck an embankment and a concrete post.
Andrew County EMS transported to Mosaic Life Care. He was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the MSHP.
