St. Joseph police have released the identity of Sunday’s shooting victim.
Police say 37-year-old Jaime Collado of St. Joseph was treated and released from the hospital after being shot in the arm Sunday afternoon. The bullet passed through his forearm.
The shooting occurred in the 2800 block of Patee. The suspect fled the area. His vehicle was spotted early the next morning, but the suspect fled the vehicle and escaped on foot.
The investigation remains open. No suspect is in custody, yet.
