Betty I. Canter, 82, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
She was born August 23, 1941 in Union Star, Missouri to Howard and Virginia (Templeton) Kraus.
She worked for Mercantile Bank as a Bank Manager for 30 years before retiring.
Betty enjoyed taking care of her animals, especially her horses. She loved spending time with her granddaughter, Chelsea. She taught her how to take care of the horses. She also liked spending time with her two beloved dogs.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Robert Canter.
Survivors include her daughter, Karen Price (Kevin), and granddaughter, Chelsea Price.
