HARRISON COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 12:30p.m. Friday in Harrison County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2009 Harley Davidson motorcycle driven by John G. Gomez, 58, Des Moines, was southbound on Interstate 35 eight miles north of Eagleville.
The motorcycle crested a hill and struck an unknown object in the road. The driver and a passenger identified as Kimberly C. Gomez, 52, Des Moines, were ejected.
LifeNet transported John Gomez to Methodist Hospital in Des Moines. Kimberly Gomez refused treatment. They were not wearing helmets, according to the MSHP.
