ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating a man with a history of crime on new allegations.
Early Wednesday, police arrested 49-year-old Tyon M. Whitely of Atchison on a requested charge of disorderly conduct in the 300 block Santa Fe. Taken, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
In 2023, police arrested him on requested charges of theft by deception and later for alleged criminal threat.
