Greater St. Joseph United Way officials report they have raised 2-point-3 Million dollars during this year’s campaign.
That total is short of the amount officials had hoped to raise, but it could grow as donors continue to submit gifts and workplace campaigns wrap up.
At the United Way Campaign Celebration Thursday night, Campaign Chair Tom Richmond announced that to-date the community has pledged $2,300,203 to the Making Life Better campaign for 2022. He expressed optimism that the total may grow as donors continue to submit gifts and workplace campaigns wrap up.
The pledges will help fund programs and services at 17 United Way partner agencies as well as address emergencies that arise in the community.
