Savannah man suffers minor injuries in rear-end crash

ANDREW COUNTY —A Savannah man suffered minor injuries in a rear-end accident on Interstate 229, a mile north of St. Joseph Friday evening.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2018 Chevy Tahoe driven by Brooklyn M. Miller, 19, Wathena, Kan., was southbound on Interstate 229 one mile north of St. Joseph.

The Tahoe rear-ended a 2001 Chevy Silverado driven by Corbin R. Dryer, 21, Savannah, that was stopped in the driving lane due to an earlier accident.

Andrew County EMS transported Dryer to Mosaic Life Care. Miller was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
