Cameron woman hospitalized after rear-end crash

DEKALB COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 8a.m. Tuesday in DeKalb County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2012 Ford Taurus driven by Kimberly F.  Potts, 41, Cameron, was westbound on U.S. 36.

The Ford rear-ended a 2015 International semi driven by James W. Hall, 50, Anderson, who has stopped at the intersection of with Interstate 35 in Cameron.

Cameron Ambulance transported Potts to Cameron Regional Medical Center.  Hall was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the MSHP.
