WORTH COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 2p.m. Friday in Worth County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Ford F250 driven by a 52-year-old man from Southlake Texas was westbound on Route AA just west of Umber Road three miles southeast of Allendale.
The vehicle experienced an unknown mechanical malfunction and began to swerve. The pickup traveled off the north side of the road, struck an embankment rolled, struck a large stump, rolled down a hill and came to rest in a pond.
EMS transported to the driver to Mosaic in Albany. The MSHP did not have seat belt usage details.
