A 41-year-old Ridgeway man has been charged with second degree murder in the death of a Bethany man.
The Harrison County Sheriff’s Office reports Travis Gilliland has been charged by the prosecuting attorney’s office with the death of 51-year-old Lynn Trammel, found shot dead March 15th at a residence in the 300 block of Locust Street in Ridgeway.
The office says its officers along with members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the house and found Trammel dead. Deputies secured the crime scene. An investigation by the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office with the assistance of the patrol led to the arrest of Gilliland.
Gilliland is being held in jail on a $250,000 cash bond.
