Charles "Bill" Kibbe Jr. 64, of St. Joseph, Missouri passed away Sunday, July 20, 2025 in St. Joseph. He was born November 18, 1960 in Mt. Ayr, Iowa, son of the late, Dorothy and Charles Kibbe Sr.. He worked at Carriage Square Health Care as a Dishwasher for many years. Billy loved foreign movies and TV, and was always watching Nascar and the Chiefs whenever he could. He was a laid back guy who got along with everyone.
Bill was preceded in death by his girlfriend of 39 years, Nancy Cockriel, parents, and sister, Sandra Werner. Survivors include sister, Karen (Steven) Carr of Saint Joseph, MO, nephew, Josh (Jennifer) Carr, sister, Mary Kibbe, niece, Tori Lynn, nephew, Donald, brother, Benny Kibbe(Georgetta), nephew, Benny Jo, neice, Janice, and several other nieces and nephews.
Mr. Kibbe has been cremated under the care of Rupp Funeral Home. There are no scheduled services at this time.
