Pamela Kay Klepac 69, of Saint Joseph, MO passed away peacefully and happy Monday, March 18, 2024 at the Benedictine-Community Health Care Center in St. Joseph, MO. surrounded by her loving daughter, son, grandson and husband. She was born November 11, 1954 in Maysville, MO. She married the love of her life Wenzel Klepac on August 28, 1971 in Post Texas and he survives of the home. She worked at Wyatt's Cafeteria as a Waitress. She served drinks with her sweet smile and made delicious pies with her aunt Peggy. She also worked at Texas Instruments in Lubbock TX, and as an in-home care giver in St. Joseph, MO. She enjoyed word puzzle books, coloring, shopping, bingo, and spending time in the yard, and listening to Windy play music, she also enjoyed going out to eat Mexican food with her husband. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church.
Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, mother Leona Lam and step father, Bill Lam, Father Oliver Thornton and step mother Mabel, brother, Russell D. (Julia) Thornton, sister, Susan Elizabeth Thornton. Survivors include husband, Wenzel Vanceslav Klepac of the home, daughter, Christine "Sweet baby girl" Klepac, Joseph "Sweet Joe Joe" Klepac both of St. Joseph, MO., her one and only sweet dear grandson who loved to play the trumpet for his grandmother Jayden Jerome Ingram, brothers, Curtis (Judy) Thornton, Gower, MO, Stephen B. (Lisa) Thornton, Benton, AR, brother in law, Edmond (Virginia) Klepac, San Angelo, TX, brothers in law, Sylvester "Shorty" (Helen) Klepac, San Antonio, TX, sisters in law, Berniece Klepac and Elizabeth "Liz" Klepac both of New Braunfels, TX, as well as several, nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 10:00 am at the St. Patrick Catholic Church, Fr. Jonathan Davis Celebrant. The Rosary will be recited at 5:30 pm, Monday March 25, 2024 at the Rupp Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8:00 PM on Monday at the Rupp Funeral Home.
