PLATTE COUNTY —A state trooper near Platte County conducted a traffic stop Sunday for an alleged violation.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop A, motorists are to exercise highest degree of care and every person operating a motor vehicle on the roads and highways of this state shall drive the vehicle in a careful and prudent manner.
The MSHP Troop A asked, "What do you think about this driver?"
The patrol did not indicate if they issued a citation to the driver.
