ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect for an alleged violent crime.
On Wednesday, police arrested Timothy J. Mowry, 35, Kansas City Mo, for aggravated domestic battery in the 1800 block North 2nd, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
He remains jailed on a $2500 bond, according to online jail records.
