ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on multiple allegations.
On Wednesday, police arrested 37-year-old Cody T. Housworth of Atchison in the 400 block Atchison Street, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
He is being held without bond on requested charges of criminal trespass, criminal damage to property and interference with law enforcement.
He has previous felony convictions for battery and aggravated domestic battery, according to the Kansas Department of Corrections.
