Hildegard Uhlhorn, 95, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2024.
She was born May 6, 1928 to Frederick W. and Sophie M. (Runde) Schneider in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Hildegard married Carl D. Uhlhorn August 1948, he preceded her in death in 1985.
She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers.
Hildegard enjoyed spending time outdoors going camping and fishing. She was very creative and was always designing things to make life easier. She also enjoyed oil painting.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and brothers Fred and Paul Schneider.
Survivors include her son, Erich Uhlhorn (Teresa Fankhauser), sister-in-law, Shirlie Schnieder, and numerous nieces and nephews.
