A club at St. Joseph Christian High School will donate nearly one thousand diapers to the Pregnancy Resource Center (PRC) in St. Joseph.

The St. Joseph Christian Interact Club, the student Rotary club sponsored by the St. Joseph East Rotary Club, held a friendly school-wide contest to collect diapers for PRC, collecting more than 7,000 initially. The contest continues and a total of 9,516 diapers were donated.

“This Interact Club was just formed earlier this semester and already they have come together to do good for others. The diaper drive was their first activity and a tremendous success,” East Rotary Club President-Elect Doug Schmitz said.

Eduardo Cruz, Spanish Teacher at St. Joseph Christian School, is the club sponsor.
