DEKALB COUNTY —Two people were injured in an accident just before 10a.m. Tuesday in DeKalb County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2015 Ford Escape driven by Lane J. Blackford, 23, Macon, was northbound on U.S. 169 at Route E four miles south of King City.
The SUV rear-ended a 1995 Kenworth semi driven by Dylan L. Morgan, 26, DeKalb, who was slowing to turn East at Route E.
Grand River ambulance transported both drivers to Mosaic in St. Joseph. Morgan was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
