ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas felon for alleged financial crimes.

On Saturday, police arrested 29-year-old Kenneth H. Gulley III of Atchison on a District Court warrant for computer crime, criminal use of financial card, and theft, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.

The theft of the financial card involved a 69-year-old victim in January, according to Wilson. Gulley has previous convictions for theft, burglary, Interference with Law Enforcement by destroying evidence and for drugs, according to the Kansas Department of Corrections.
