HOLT COUNTY —A Missouri man was injured in an accident just before 8:30a.m. Saturday in Holt County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1994 Peterbilt semi driven by Douglas M. Lager, 49, Conception Junction, was northbound on U.S. 59 in Craig.
The semi rear-ended a 1998 Chevy truck driven by Stephen C. Wright, 68, Craig, who was stopped to make a left turn onto 3rd Street.
Atchison-Holt EMS transported Wright to Fairfax Community Hospital. Lager was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
