NODAWAY COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 11:30a.m. Friday in Nodaway County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 1999 Toyota Tacoma driven by an 18-year-old Skidmore man was northbound on Route ZZ three miles north of Graham.
The pickup slid in the ice covered road on a curve. The driver lost control of the vehicle. It traveled off the road, struck an embankment and overturned.
A private vehicle transported the driver to Mosaic in Maryville. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the. MSHP.
The Patrol no longer releases the names of accident victims.
