A St. Joseph man is facing charges of unlawful use of a weapon after firing three rounds towards a victim while in a vehicle.
Ian M. Brooks admitted to going to the victim's residence to cause a commotion and cleaning spent casings from the car before reporting the damage to the vehicle after firing shots from passenger seat of a vehicle. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 23rd in Buchanan County, and bond has been denied for Brooks.
