DEKALB COUNTY —Two people were injured in an accident just before 4:30p.m. Tuesday in DeKalb County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2013 Chevy Impala driven by an 84-year-old Albany man was westbound on MO 6 just west of Weartheby.
The driver became blindsided by the sun. The car traveled off the road and overturned.
DeKalb-Clinton Ambulance transported the driver and an 87-year-old female passenger to Cameron Regional Medical Center. Both were properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the MSHP.
