Gordon Ernest Graham, 76, Powhattan, Kansas, passed away Monday, November 27, 2023.
He was born October 30, 1947 to Eri S. and Dulce A. (Wooldridge) Graham in Denver, Colorado.
Gordon married his high school sweetheart, Roxie Joann Tallent on July 3, 1966.
He worked as a plant manager for Guiltless Gourmet for 10 years.
Gordon was a member of the United States Air Force for 6 years. He was awarded commendation by the United States Air Force as a Russian Linguist for being the first to hear and report Russian invasion of Czechoslovakia in 1968.
He enjoyed reading, working with horses, telling jokes and tall tales. He was most happy making people laugh and dreamed of writing tales of the Gozzerwimples and had their original poem published by Half Priced Books. He had the softest of spots for babies and animals, and of course his sweetheart, Roxie. He was fascinated with creating new recipes, some of which were successful, some of which were successfully disposed of. He was a man a fierce emotions and never felt anything half way.
He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Wes Graham, Edith Wilson, and Kevin Graham.
Survivors include his wife, Roxie; children, Jim and Sarah (daughter-in-law) Graham and their son Kaden, Jeff Graham and his children, Roman and Nochtli, Jesse and Chris (son-in-law) Roberts, and her daughter, Ehlana, Janna and Dan (son-in-law) Hinds, their daughters, Sydney and Parker, and Jon Graham, and his children Haylee and Mason.
