Arfin Rincher 21, of Iowa, passed away Sunday, April 9, 2023 in Ottumwa, IA. He was born May 27, 2001 in Chuuk, Federated States of Micronesia, the son of Maria and Rupenty Kanus.
Survived by his parents, and three children.
Funeral services and public live stream; 11:00 am, Sunday, May 14, 2023 at the Rupp Funeral Home. He will then be repatriated to Chuuk, Micronesia.
