Rachelle Irene Dvorak, 54, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2024.
She was born August 10, 1969 in Kansas City, Missouri to Jimmie and Wilma (Allen) Dvorak.
Rachelle (MeMe) loved to plant flowers, diamond art, and be with her family.
She was preceded in death by her father; and grandson, Joseph.
Survivors include her children, Emmett Crook, Jr. (Kassey Dyer), Cynthia Crook, and Rebecca Dvorak; grandchildren, Joey, Eliott, Devon, Trystan, and Sofia; and siblings, Larry Dvorak and Jim Dvorak.
