A man suffered serious injuries after being confronted by a St. Joseph homeowner while allegedly attempting to break-in to his detached garage late Christmas evening.
St. Joseph police say the alleged burglar was rushed to the Mosaic Life Care emergency room in St. Joseph.
Little is being released by the St. Joseph Police Department, pending the filing of formal charges by the prosecutor.
Police will say the homeowner on Lakeview Avenue reported a person attempted to break in to the garage late Christmas evening and he confronted him.
