Missouri man injured after pickup rear-ends a semi

DAVIESS COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 8a.m. Monday in Daviess County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2017 Ford F350 driven by a 26-year-old Jamesport man was westbound on MO 190 one mile west of Jamesport.

The pickup rear-ended a 2019 Freightliner driven by a 47-year-old Trenton man who had slowed to turn into a private drive.

Daviess County ambulance transported a 28-year-old passenger in the semi to Wright Memorial Hospital. The drivers were not injured. The pickup driver was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
