ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas felon on new charges after a weekend arrest.
Just before 7:30p.m. Saturday, police in the 400 Block of South 10th Street in Atchison arrested 27-year-old Jason C. Price, Jr, of Atchison, on District Court warrants for failure to appear in court.
He is also being held on requested charges of interference with law enforcement.
Price has two previous convictions for burglary, three for theft, for criminal damage to property and flee or attempt to elude law enforcement, according to the Kansas Dept. of Corrections.
