ANDREW COUNTY—One person died in an accident just after 4p.m. Friday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2013 Chevy Silverado driven by Tyler J. Wilmes, 38, Bolckow, was northbound on CR 125 one mile southeast of Bolckow.
The pickup crested a hill and the driver lost control. The pickup began to slide on the gravel, traveled off the south side of the road, struck an embankment, overturned and came to rest on its top.
Wilmes was pronounced deceased at the scene and was transported to Breit Hawkins Funeral Home. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
