GENTRY COUNTY —A Missouri man was injured in an accident just before 3:30p.m. Thursday in Gentry County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported 2002 Harley Davidson motorcycle driven by Robert E. Hunter, 72, Maryville, was westbound on U.S. 136 three miles west of Stanberry.
The driver failed to negotiate a curve. The motorcycle traveled off the road, through a ditch and the driver was ejected.
Lifenet transported Hunter to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph. He was not wearing a helmet, according to the MSHP.
