Dave Riggert had a conversation with Missouri Western head volleyball coach Marian Carbin. She talks about having some up her team back for workouts right now, having the ability to work with her players this summer, having a reduced schedule in 2020 and much more.
The upcoming season will be the eighth for Carbin as head coach at MWSU and she has a career record of 133-89. The Griffons were 17-13 in 2019 and 11-9 in the MIAA.
The NCAA has reduced all schedules for the upcoming school year so volleyball teams are allowed just 20 dates to play games. They will find out their new schedule for the 2020 season later this summer.
