Robert Ray Davies, Sr. 76, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2026.
He was born April 15, 1949 to Boyd and Marian Davies. He grew up in St. Joseph.
Robert married Victoria Phinney, who preceded him in death in 2002.
He held many jobs throughout life to provide for his family, from brick layer to laying flooring. He could fix anything.
Robert enjoyed spending time with family and hanging out with friends. He was known to take in anyone who needed a place to stay – as long as they could do a chore or two for him.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Victoria; granddaughter, Molly; and siblings, Linda and Harold.
Survivors include his sons, Robert Davies, Jr. (Sheila Jones) and Shawn Davies; six grandchildren; sisters, Patty and Judy; and numerous others extended family members and friends.
