Missouri Western's annual Gold Coat drive now underway

Missouri Western Athletics kicked off it's annual Gold Coat Club membership drive this past week as 45 volunteers made up of Gold Coat members, Griffon coaches and community members began the process of securing renewals and cultivating new members.

The Gold Coat Club is the athletics booster organization of Missouri Western State University. Founded in 1969, the club raises funds to support the endeavors of the now 17 Griffon sports programs with the addition of women's lacrosse this past fall and the spirit squads.

Membership in the Gold Coat Club assists in providing our student-athletes and coaches the necessary resources to help compete at the highest level of NCAA Division II and is open to anyone with interest in Griffon Athletics. Your support helps enhance the following areas: team travel, recruiting, equipment, academic support and facilities.

Most Gold Coat packages include: season tickets, reserved seat opportunities, premium parking, football stadium club access and other amenities available to members. Those not seeking benefits of a package may earmark a gift to the department or a sport of their choice.
