Dave Riggert had a chance to talk with Missouri Western football wide receiver Devon Holmes. The sophomore-to-be from Wright City, Missouri discusses leading the Griffons in receptions & receiving yards as a redshirt freshman, the big expectations moving forward, his support of the other athletic programs at MWSU, his country roots & much more.
Holmes had 49 catches for 668 yards and four touchdowns in his first season on the field at Missouri Western. He and Griffons went 9-3 and they're scheduled to open the 2020 season in Edmond on September 3rd against Central Oklahoma.
