COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Athletics placed 43 student-athletes on the 2019-20 Winter Southeastern Conference Academic Honor Roll, announced Wednesday (April 23) by SEC commissioner Greg Sankey.
The 2019-20 Winter SEC Academic Honor Roll includes the sports of basketball, equestrian, gymnastics and swimming & diving. It is based on grades from the 2019 Spring, Summer and Fall terms.
A total of 710 student-athletes from the SEC's 14 institutions were recognized on the year's list. The complete 2019—20 SEC Honor Roll and its corresponding nomination criteria can be found here.
All five eligible programs which Mizzou sponsors were represented in this year's Winter SEC Academic Honor Roll. Women's Swimming & Diving led the way with 19 total recognitions, while Women's Basketball and Men's Basketball each had four representatives.
