Triumph Foods is donating more than 1,700 pounds of fresh pork products to the St. Joseph Police and Fire Departments as well as the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department and Buchanan County EMS to demonstrate its appreciation of their work during the COVID-19 crisis.

Last month, Triumph donated more than 13,000 pounds of product to Second Harvest Community Food Bank, Open Door Food Kitchen, Interserv of St. Joseph, and The Army Delta Battery 1/129th FA Regiment.

“We will support our community in any way we can,” Triumph Foods Community Relations Manager Chris Clark said in a written statement released by the company. “While we continue operations and continue to supply food to the nation, we invite anyone who may have lost their employment or income source to consider reaching out to an essential business or organization in the food supply chain for employment. Triumph Foods will continue to operate, make food and offer employment to our community. We are in this together.”
