Mosaic Life Care reports five patients tested positive for the coronavirus on Tuesday, increasing the number of positive tests in its network to 25.
Mosaic has tested 726 individuals with 39 test results pending.
All of those testing positive are being treated as outpatients, except for one patient who is hospitalized in Albany.
Missouri has now tested 48,803 people with with 4,686 testing positive. Missouri has recorded 133 deaths from the virus.
