Maxine Thurn, 91, Savannah, Missouri, passed away Monday, March 9, 2026.
She was born April 14, 1934 in Everest, Kansas, to Charles and Clara (Twitchell) Earp.
Maxine married Kenneth W. Thurn on December 24, 1951. He preceded her in death on October 22, 2020.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Kenneth; her parents; two sisters; and one brother.
Survivors include her children, Gregg, Wayne and Sherry Thurn; grandchildren, Taylor Thurn (Kendra Rhoades), Teddy Thurn (Jessica), Timothy Seemann (Dr. Dustin), Travis Thurn, Thom Thurn, Tyson Thurn, and Josh Thurn (Jenna); nine great-grandchildren; other extended family and friends.
Graveside Service 1:00 P.M. Friday, March 13, Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Simplify Cremations & Funerals.
