KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The MIAA announced its Academic Awards for the 2019-2020 men's and women's basketball seasons. Over 140 men's and women's student-athletes were recognized for their classroom achievements including more than 10 who achieved Academic Excellence and nearly 20 that qualified as Scholar-Athletes.Eight Griffons received recognition from their efforts in the classroom. First year and transfer athletes will be recognized at the end of the academic year.
