Rosalyn June Wright 86, of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away surrounded by her children on Sunday, March 17, 2024 at her home. She was born July 14, 1937 in St. Joseph, daughter of Maxine and Earl Brown. She worked at Mead Products as a Machine Operator for 38 years, where she was a part of the safety council, and she was an active member of United Way. Rosalyn was an avid reader and animal lover, who loved to garden and be with her pets.
Rosalyn was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Larry Brown and Lonnie Brown. Survivors include: daughter, Ramona Wright of Saint Joseph, MO, sons, James Wright of Gulf Shores, AL and Mark Wright of St. Joseph, 9 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
Ms. Wright has been cremated under the care of Rupp Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorials are requested to Friends of the Animal Shelter.
