A 19-year-old Cameron woman has been arrested and charged with possessing child pornography.
The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office says it arrested Leda Powell after receiving a cyber tip from Google. Deputies arrested Powell at a family member’s house in Excelsior Springs. She is being held without bond.
