The Northwest Missouri State University men's basketball program picked up its fourth signing for its 2020-21 recruiting class.
Isaiah Jackson, a 6-2 guard from William Chrisman High School in Independence, Missouri, will join the Bearcats for the 2020-2021 season. Last year, Jackson led the Chrisman Bears to a 20-11 record and an appearance in the MSHSAA Class 5 Quarterfinals. This year, the Bears are 13-7 and Jackson is averaging 14 points per game on 55% shooting from the field and 36% shooting from three-point range. He is also pulling in eight rebounds per game and dishing out four assists per game. On Jan. 21 against Center High School, Jackson recorded a triple-double with 11 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists and three steals.
"We are really excited about adding Isaiah to our program," McCollum said. "He does so many things on the court to help his team win. He is a great ball handler that can make plays for himself and others. On top of his offensive abilities, he is one of the top defenders in Kansas City."
