HOLT COUNTY — One person was injured in an accident just after midnight Monday in Holt County.The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2007 Ford Focus driven by Keith A. Radde, 44, Troy, TN.,&nbsp; was northbound on Interstate 29 five miles north of Mound City.&nbsp; The vehicle traveled off the west side of the road into the median, returned to the road and overturned.Radde refused medical treatment for minor injuries at the scene. He was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the MSHP.
