EDMOND, Okla. - The Missouri Western men's basketball team (10-11, 6-4) never trailed Thursday at Central Oklahoma (7-14, 4-8) as the Griffons beat the Bronchos 83-74 for their third straight win.
Missouri Western jumped out to a 5-0 lead and went 9 of 15 from 3-point range in the first half and 12 of 27 on the night. UCO went on several runs in the second half to cut the Griffon lead to single digits, but every time the Griffons answered the bell. The Griffons led by 15 with four minutes remaining, their biggest lead of the game.

- With nine games remaining in the regular season, the Griffons matched their MIAA win total from last season.
- Missouri Western won the rebounding battle for the fourth consecutive game, 39-38.
- Five Griffons scored in double-figures.
