St. Joseph School Superintendent Gabe Edgar has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor drunk driving charge.
Edgar pleaded guilty in front of Associate Circuit Court Judge Rebecca Spencer. Edgar will not serve any jail time. He has received a six-month suspended sentence.
Edgar earlier apologized for his actions. The St. Joseph School Board held executive sessions after the March 26th arrest in St. Joseph. The board decided to retain Edgar without a formal vote. Edgar’s contract runs through June 2026.
